The University of Nairobi Pension Scheme invites all members of UNPS 2007 to the virtual sensitization forum that will be held on Monday, 13th September 2021 starting from 12.00 noon to 2.00 p.m.
A facilitator from RBA will take members through the rules and procedures in detail on the amendment that was made to the RBA regulations in order to enable members of pension schemes to access part of their retirement benefits for the purposes of purchasing a residential house. The Scheme's Trust Deed and Rules have been amended to comply with the RBA regulations.
To operationalize the regulations, the Board of Trustees has prepared the attached rules and procedures for utilizing a portion of the pension benefits to purchase a residential house.
