It is classified as a Junior Grade staff house and staffs in Grades II to B (Grade II,III,IV,A,B) only and on permanent and Pensionable terms with payslips meeting the a third rule policy shall be considered and shortlisted. 

N/B: Staff on Permanent and Pensionable terms whose payslips meets the a third rule policy shall be given first priority.
