3. MAMLAKA ROAD SERVANT QUARTER NO. C4

This is a self contained Servant Quarter located at Mamlaka Road flats (Opposite Nairobi Primary/Stella Awinja Hostel. Monthly rent is Kshs. 7,200/- (Rent KES. 5,000/-, Service Charge KES. 1,750/-, Water Kshs. 450/-). Power is metered and tenant is to pay directly to the service provider.

It is classified as a Junior staff house and staffs in Grades II to B only (Grade II,III,IV,A,B) with payslips meeting the a third rule policy shall be considered and shortlisted. 

Kindly familiarize with the University's Housing Policy and Tenancy Agreement before Applying for University Accommodation.
