65th Graduation Ceremony - Friday, September 24, 2021 virtually.

The University of Nairobi wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award of various degrees and diplomas at the end of last academic year (2020/2021) and members of the public, that the 65th Graduation Ceremony will be held VIRTUALLY on Friday, September 24, 2021 commencing at 8.00 a.m. at the Great Court. The event will be streamed live through the following links; www.uonbi.ac.ke.ke/livestream and facebook.com/uonbi.ac.ke. CLEARANCE OF FEES AND ORDER OF NAMES: ONLY those who will have satisfied all the academic requirements, will have completed paying all the fees due to the University; and have been cleared of any disciplinary cases by Tuesday August 24, 2021 will be allowed to graduate. ALL graduands are advised to confirm the order of their names with their respective Executive Deans.

Comrades' Watch Party - Ferdinand Omanyala 100m sprint at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics

A watch party will be hosted to cheer on our very own  Ferdinand Omanyala who qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in 100m sprint category. Ferdinand is a 2nd year Bachelor of Science in Chemistry student at the Faculty of Science & Technology.

The watch party will be held in the Taifa Hall, the University of Nairobi on Saturday, July 31st, 2021 (for those who have registered) from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The rest can join us live through our social media platforms using the hashtags  #uonstars #watchparty. The attendees should be seated by 1:00 pm.
